Chef Muze learn and implement cooking skill in every food that he touched & served to every food hunter. Has over 20 years of experience in the Hospitality and Culinary Industry. He began his career in hotels, specializing in kitchen and dining operations, fine dining, and banquet catering. He later became an Executive Chef, Brand Chef, Head of Kitchen Manager and F&B Consultant for leading F&B groups, including The Big Group and The Delicious Group, managing multiple outlets across Malaysia. Now, as Managing Director of LADO Group, Chef Muze serve a variety of dishes, from authentic local flavors to delicious international cuisine and combines culinary expertise with business acumen, driving operational excellence and maintaining a strong commitment to quality.
